    Describe the candidate’s major achievements and contributions to the accountancy profession that earned the candidate a distinction globally.

    (If the candidate is a former IFAC President, Standard-Setting Board or IFAC Group Chair, or past IFAC CEO, major achievements should include those beyond their role within IFAC. For contributions to IFAC strategic objectives, please go to question 3).

  • 2. Key Career Highlights (the legacy a candidate has achieved in his/her professional career):

    Describe the candidate’s career achievements that make him/her a recognized global leader and any significant or ground-breaking contributions they have made to the profession throughout their professional career. 

  • 3. IFAC (candidate’s connection or contributions to IFAC’s objectives):

    List the candidate’s service to IFAC and/or the Independent Standard-Setting Boards, if any. Describe how the candidate contributed towards IFAC’s key strategic objectives in promoting the global profession, contributing to the development and/or adoption of high-quality international standards, and preparing future-ready professionals.

  • 4. Volunteer Involvement (candidate’s impact on society):

    Describe the candidate’s most important volunteer activities with civic, community, socioeconomic, professional, or charitable organizations globally, highlighting how this service contributes to the candidate’s impact in making a difference in the world. 

  • 5. Awards (candidate’s prior recognitions in regional or global levels):

    List all the awards, titles, or honorary distinctions the candidate has received throughout his/her career.

  • Attachments:

    1.     Candidate’s CV and any other relevant supporting information.

    2.     Letter of support signed by the IFAC Member President, CEO or equivalent officer.
